WE PROCESS YOUR DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH RODO

WHAT DOES THE ABBREVIATION RODO MEAN?

It refers to the European Parliament and Council regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as on the Repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). We will also use it later in this information.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF INTRODUCING RODO?
The primary purpose of RODO is the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the standardization of the processing of personal data throughout the European Union.

WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

WHO IS A DATA SUPERVISOR AND HOW TO CONTACT HIM?
It is a person you can contact in matters of processing of personal data and of the use of your rights related to the data processing. You can contact the Data Protection Supervisor by e-mail: biuro@ebiodo.pl

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
CKiP actions include exercising of public and commercial tasks for cultural, sporting and entertainment purposes. CKiP collects personal data in order to carry out tasks under the law and the Statute of the Centrum Kultury i Promocji w Jarosławiu. The legal basis for data processing results from the law on organising and conducting cultural activities, from the duties and responsibilities assigned by institutions superior to the Administrator and on the basis of consents given by the person whose data is being processed.

IN WHAT PURPOSE WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your personal data in order to:

  • sign and implement the contract you are a party of
  • comply with the obligations derived from the law
  • perform the tasks performed by CKiP in the public interest.

Depending on the processing, the provision of personal data may be voluntary, necessary to the implementation of the contract or required by law. When carrying out our activities we process, among others, the name, surname, address, e-mail, transaction history (payment transactions or related payments for services or tickets).

WHO IS THE DATA RECIPIENT?
In particular situations we can provide/entrust your data to other entities. The basis for providing/entrusting of your data is the law or entrustment agreements concluded with the entities performing services for the Administrator.

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR DATA?
Personal data processed by CKiP will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and in accordance with the archiving dates specified in the competence acts or until the consent is revoked. For example, due to the obligation of financial and accounting settlements we will store some of the data up to 6 years.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS CONNECTED WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In specific cases specified by RODO you have the right to:

  • access the content of your personal data, including the obtainment of a copy of the data;
  • request the rectification or the supplementation of the personal data;
  • request the deletion of the personal data in cases provided for by law;
  • request the limitation of processing of the personal data;
  • object to the processing of the personal data.

Motions considering the implementation of the right related to your personal data can be submitted electronically by e-mail : biuro@ebiodo.pl
The basis for specific cases of personal data processing, of the obligation of submitting your personal data, of the voluntary submission of data and potential consequences of not submitting them can be obtained from CKiP employees, by reading the regulations of events or by sending an inquiry via the IOD’s or the Administrator’s contact address.

WHERE CAN YOU LODGE A COMPLAINT IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR RIGHTS HAVE BEEN INFRINGED

If you believe that the processing of personal data by CKiP violates the provisions of RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which deals with the protection of personal data – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

In accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the general regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016 (EU Official Journal of Laws 119 of 04.05.2016) “RODO” I agree to the processing of my personal data included in the contact form for the purpose of contacting us.

RODO – INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR THE CONTACT FORM

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as on the Repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU.L.2016.119.1 of 04 May 2016), hereinafter referred to as the RODO, we inform that:

Data obtained by the Administrator will be processed in order to establish contact through the contact form pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) RODO.

The recipients of personal data provided by you in the content of the inquiry sent via the contact form will be the employees of the Touristic and Cultural Information Point, who were instructed by the administrator to process the data, entities providing the administrator’s system and software service and entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations.

Your personal data will be kept for a period of 2 years or until the consent is withdrawn.

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or any international organization.

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing of data, and if processing takes place on the basis of consent: the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, if you don’t provide your data you may not be able to contact us.

Data processing Information on video monitoring in the Underground Tourist Passage

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as on the Repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU.L.2016.119.1 of 04 May 2016) hereinafter referred to as the RODO, we inform that:

  • The administrator of the monitoring system is Centrum Kultury i Promocji w Jarosławiu, Rynek 5, 37-500 Jarosław, e-mail kontakt@ckip.jaroslaw.pl, tel 16 624 89 89,
  • monitoring is used to ensure public order and safety of citizens and for the protection of property,
  • the basis for data processing is the Article (6)(c) RODO in relation to Article (7)(14) and Article (9a) of the Act on communal authority from 8 March 1990,
  • records from the monitoring will be stored for 30 days,
  • recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations,
  • you have the right to:
    • obtain information on the existence and the range of monitoring,
    • access the recordings in justified cases;
    • request the deletion of data concerning yourself;
    • the anonymisation of your image on the recorded images and/or to the deletion of data concerning yourself;
    • to process the data for a limited time,
  • the person recorded by the monitoring system has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority,
